Exciting Projections for Early 2009

Although this year has seen limited growth, we have kept busy and true to our nature, have not had to let anyone go from lack of work. Sometimes I think our staff feel we keep them busier on other work whenever they are not working on an implementation or upgrade project.

Fortunately, even with the economy in it's current state, we have very positive feelings about 2009 with 2 - 3 large implementation projects on our books for the first quarter of next year that will really ramp up our hiring activity.

At this stage, I know we will be looking to hire experienced staff in the following areas:

***Oracle Functional Financials Consultants
***Oracle Functional Advanced Procurement Consultants
***Oracle HRMS/Payroll Functional Consultants
***Oracle Apps Technical Development Consultants (Financials & HRMS)
***Oracle Apps DBAs

Of course, with this being election day, some of this work could get stalled depending who wins the election and how quickly they get to work on implementing new programs to jump start the general economy again. Be it a Democrat or Republican, either will have their work cut our for them.
