Getting Somewhere - Eventually

This week is turning out to look pretty good. Put out 4 offers and all 4 are highly likely to accept and start.

Still have a number of other positions to fill but they will have to wait until next week. It would really be great to get another 3 - 4 offers out next week and then that should give me some breathing room for a couple of weeks before the next wave of activity hits.

Several large projects on the horizon that will require hiring additional Financials and HRMS Functional Implementation Consultants within the next 1-2 months (hopefully we can still start this before end of year). Other areas that I am still sourcing staff for include:

**OM/BOM/WIP Functional
**GEMMS/OPM Functional
**Chicago based Solutions Sales Professional
**CRM Functional and Tech Development
**Implementation Project Manager

Oracle market must be hotter than hot right now. Almost every candidate I call is telling me they are getting several calls daily about new Apps work. I think this spells "Job Security"!!.

Where are all the candidates??

It continues to amaze me how busy we still are. We get over on hiring hump and then another one jumps up at us now. So many fires to attend to. Current needs include:

**Public Sector Functional FA/CM Consultant
**Mfg Apps Functional Consultants (OM/Inv/WIP/BOM)
**Apps DBA
**HRMS Functional Consultants
**CRM Solutions Architect and Functional Consultants
**Project Manager
**Strong Functional FinApps Consultant

All together, if I could find the qualified candidates to fill these, we could add another 6-10 consultants to our team within the next 1-2 months and that is just for the projects that are staffing now. Next month another wave of projects will start coming on line and the cycle begins again.

Although I am working like a mad man to keep up with everything, the one good thing about all this activity is that it assures me of some degree of security knowing that
having hiring needs is far more productive vs. just having our consultants all sitting around waiting for the next project to take off.
