I Have Arrived!! (Albuquerque That Is)

Wow, what an experience!! Moving from Chicago to Albuquerque was really quite an experience. Fortunately, all went well and I now am here in lovely Albuquerque doing remote recruiting for AST in Naperville from an office I set up in my house.

This is a new experience for me. I can already see that I will have to control the urge to work around the clock. Fourteen and fifteen hour days can grow old quickly.

But everthing is up and running and I'm in business again.

I am in desperate need of experience Oracle HRMS Function and Project Manager staff and cannot believe how hard it is to fine qualified candidates for these great positions. Most everyone I talk with is either looking for contract work only or currently tied up in critical project stages for the next few months.

I have to really work on finding a good source for these kinds of people.

Goal for 2007 is to be a little better keeping this blog up to date.
