So Many New Things Happening!!

Took awhile but with my computer crashing, and then Norton Security Software blocking most of my normal web sites, I am way behind in all sorts of sourcing needs.

But all seems to be working now so I am endeavoring to get caught up.

Company has graciously offered to support my move to Albuquerque in a couple of months and let me do my job remotely from a home office. This will be a first for me (or at least since I returned from Indonesia in 1994. My, how that country has changed since then.

Ripple down effect though of me not being here in the corporate office will be a big change to everyone. From management not being able to walk into my office for candidate updates to having to find a viable web-based ATS will all be an adjustment.

But, regardless of that activity, openings still persist and candidates still need to be sourced, qualified, wow'd and hired. So I am continuously busy.
