Welcome 2006 - Now What?

WOW!!! What a start for a new year. Swamped with openings and just not enough hours in a day or enough qualified or available resources to fill them.

I really do not enjoy feeling like I'm in a pressure cooker but that is how 2006 has started. With multiple needs in several areas and all needs requiring narrow and specific experience requirements in the 3+ years range, honing in on qualified candidates who will work as an FTE is proving very time consuming and frustrating. However, I keep my blinders on to stay focused and I keep plugging along with my 10-14 hour days.

Where do I have needs?? Well, I'm glad you asked. Should anyone know experienced candidates in any of these areas I do hope you will encourage them to send me their resume.

***Oracle HRMS Functional Consultants (4-6 urgent needs)
***Oracle Apps DBAs (3 urgent needs)
***Oracle Financials Functional Consultant (3 urgent needs)
***Oracle Implementation Project Managers (2 needs)

On top of this, I also still need to find time to renew my Oracle Champion Certifications and I have not as of yet attemped my CIR test which I need to do before I lose all of what I went to the AIRS Training Class last month for. And, I should do all this before end of January!!!

WOW, what a way to start the year!!
