What is Hot For Me This Week??
Other than the temp here in ABQ warming up nicely in time for Spring, I still have urgent needs for experienced Oracle Payroll Functional staff and now for a couple of BDM's to support our national sales efforts from our Naperville, IL headquarters. These are my hot "to find" items this week.
Things are still looking good for 2008 being a very robust hiring year for us but I think I am seeing some jitters in the Oracle Apps industry because of the current uncertainty of our economy and who will be our next President. Probably all very common for an Election year but I think the economy concerns could slow things down substantially if we don't start hearing something good about where it is heading.
Cycles, cycles, cycles - how many have I been through and how surprising has it been that I (and the companies that I've worked with) have always kept busy and survived times like these.
I seem to have been very blessed (which is my belief), or very lucky to always be recruiting in an industry that doesn't take too much of a hit during hard economic times.
