Still Recruiting - Even Though Things Have Slowed Down Some

Well, it certainly is getting interesting in the Oracle Apps Consulting arena. From Solbourne getting bought out by Deloitte to my inbox getting literally hundreds of emails daily from H-1 Recruiting Firms almost begging me to give their staff projects.

However, we seem to be maintaining nicely and are even still looking for full time salaried staff in the following areas:

**Oracle Consulting Services Sales/Business Development
**Sr. Oracle HRMS/Payroll Functional Consultants
**Oracle FinApps Functional Consultants who have Projects/Grants Management experience
**Oracle HRMS Payroll Technical Development Consultants

I know we are building a good pipeline of projects and we have no plans on letting any staff go so I know we hopefully have weathered the worse of this temporary downturn and that things will continue to grow and pick up steam through the rest of the year.
